Locally grown and locally milled Brown Teff Flour! The grain is grown in Junction City, Oregon at the Huntons' Farm- a third generation family farm that is Food Alliance Certified. The teff is grown with no fungicides, pesticides or chemical sprays. It is then stone ground into flour at Camas Country Mill in North Eugene which is Oregon Tilth Organic and Food Alliance Certified. The milling process does not heat the grain or flour-keeping the volatile oils and nutritional benefits intact and thus making this a raw product. Best to keep stored in cool conditions.
