Organically grown in Milton Freewater then milled locally at Camas Country Mill. The grain is stone ground into flour at Camas Country mill in North Eugene. This mill is Oregon Tilth Organic and Food Alliance Certified. The milling process does not heat the grain or flour, keeping the volatile oils and nutritional benefits intact and thus making this a raw product. Best to keep stored in cool conditions.
